Marketing for Gymnastics affiliation

We run a gymnastics membership body providing gymnastics clubs with cheaper insurance, qualifications and streamlined processes to save time. We are trying to push the marketing side of things a lot harder now and need some more help. We are looking to try and get some more assistance and find someone with an expertise in creating short format reel style videos , looking into the trends and editing videos to suit. We need someone who can manage and reflect on previous videos and adapt to create more leads. We have a load of clips and raw footage as well as some edited versions of the materials we have. I am looking for someone who can tell lead the project and explain what we need to adapt and needs film, create the story boards, write the copy in the video to keep engagement high, set the vision and push the marketing to help get more leads. If you are experienced with running ads using landing pages, writing copy and generating leads this is a big bonus as we will also be looking for someone who can either do it all or work with us as a team to help us achieve the best results for the project.
